What is the difference between Essential and Unlimited?
Essential is €25 per user and covers the daily loop: assets, calendar PM, work orders, work requests, an audit trail, and the mobile app with offline mode, photos, and signatures. Unlimited is €49 per user and adds meter based PM, parts inventory, purchase orders, time tracking, reports, and CSV export.
Who counts as a paid user?
A paid user is anyone with a technician, supervisor, planner, or admin role at a site, plus account owners and account admins.
Is there a flat site price?
Yes. For larger teams we can quote one annual price for the whole site instead of per user pricing. The right model depends on your team size and setup, so we work it out together on a short call. The list price for Unlimited stays €49 per user.
